setting up your email address on a single device (POP3)

You can always use Web-Based Email to send and receive email messages. Post Office Protocol (POP) lets you retrieve email from a remote server through an email client.

To Configure POP for Your Email Account

In the mail client for which you want to configure POP, locate the POP settings and enter the following:

Username
Your full email address

Password
Your email account password

Incoming Mail Server
server1.colman.net.nz

Outgoing Mail Server
server1.colman.net.nz

Incoming Port
995

Outgoing Port
465

If the previous settings didnt work enter the following:

Username
Your full email address

Password
Your email account password

Incoming Mail Server
mail.(domainname) - For example mail.colmancreative.nz

Outgoing Mail Server
mail.(domainname) - For example mail.colmancreative.nz

Incoming Port
110

Outgoing Port
25

Tick Authentication required for IMAP, POP3, and SMTP.

That's it. If everything is working OK, you should see some email messages. To make sure you can send messages, go ahead and compose an email and send it to yourself.
